They sent a new wireless adapter. 7) I have gone through all the steps above with the new adapter and still no success., 8) Additionally, I changed the wireless channel on the router.
9) My home network/wireless router was set with no password. For kicks, I enabled WPA Personal Security and created a password. That did not work either. 10) I also updated the firmware on my router to the most current. 11) Connected the adapter with ethernet to my router and my router recognizes it. It still shows on my clients table but does not seem to connect wirelessly. All other wireless devices, including the laptop I'm on right now, connect to my router with no issue.
