Some units have a patch created for all the way down to the specific company. Some units don't wear anything lower than their division. Just depends on the unit. The right side, under the flag, if your deployment patch. It is NOT just your previous unit. If you have no deployment on your ERB, you do not wear a patch on the right shoulder.
