I'm not generally impressed by free downloadable themes, but a couple I real like for the e71 are Pure White & Pure Black - Paper - There are some pretty good designs on this site - especially the ones using Flahorn icons. Some of the themes need you to change the date on your phone to get them to install, I had to try several times going back a year and then a month at a time, but when they're on you just reset to the correct date and all is good. One small tip I will share is that in some of the themes you can install it is difficult to read numbers on email/sms messages.
Check that 'Automatic Find' is set to off in the Options and this stops numbers being highlighted in the same colour as the theme background which makes them invisible until you scroll onto them.:-).
